My draw to the Sisters has (almost) nothing to do with the pageantry, makeup, and frivolity, but it does have a lot to do with the spirit of service and advocacy. I grew up knowing I had a purpose, but I never knew what it was. It took me coming to grips with my own identity to see where I could do the most. It was the Sisters who give me that opportunity. Now, I have the opportunity to serve my communities, my spirit and my purpose all while aligning myself with a worldwide collection of the most beautiful souls I am more than happy to call Sisters (and Brothers; and Guards!)
